In order to be awarded the degree, students must pass 60 credits as follows:

  • 21 ECTS credits from mandatory subjects
  • 21 ECTS credits from elective subjects

Where students wish to take a specialisation:

Early Childhood, Family and Life Quality:

  • The following 15 elective ECTS credits must be taken: 11866, 11867, 11868, 11869 and 11870
  • Three ECTS credits from the specialisation electives: 11871, 11872
  • Three ECTS credits selected from all three-credit elective subjects offered across all specialisations (including this one).

Inclusive Education:

  • The following 15 elective ECTS credits must be taken: 11873, 11874, 11875, 11876 and 11877
  • Three ECTS credits from the specialisation electives: 11878, 11879
  • Three ECTS credits selected from all three-credit elective subjects offered across all specialisations (including this one).

Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance for Educational Needs:

  • The following 15 elective ECTS credits must be taken: 11880, 11881, 11882, 11883 and 11884
  • Three ECTS credits from the specialisation electives: 11885, 11886, 11887, 11888
  • Three ECTS credits selected from all three-credit elective subjects offered across all specialisations (including this one).

Educational and Professional Transitions:

  • The following 15 elective ECTS credits must be taken: 11889, 11890, 11891, 11892 and 11893
  • Three ECTS credits from the specialisation electives: 11878, 11894, 10687, 11895
  • Three ECTS credits selected from all three-credit elective subjects offered across all specialisations (including this one).

Empowerment, Education and Community Development:

  • The following 15 elective ECTS credits must be taken: 11896, 11897, 11898, 11899 and 11900
  • Three ECTS credits from the specialisation electives: 11901, 11902, 11903
  • Three ECTS credits selected from all three-credit elective subjects offered across all specialisations (including this one).

Where students do not wish to take a specialisation, they may take 21 elective ECTS credits selected from the elective subjects on each specialisation or from the common electives.

  • 6 ECTS credits from the practical placement (in accordance with the specialisation)
  • 12 ECTS credits from the master’s thesis (in accordance with the specialisation).
