To be awarded the degree, students must pass 60 ECTS credits as follows:
30 ECTS from mandatory core subjects.
15 ECTS from elective subjects:
- 6 ECTS to be required to select from advanced training subjects:

- 11204 Advanced Research into Cognitive Neuroscience
- 11210 Advanced Research into Social and Political Studies
- 9 ECTS to be selected from electives on the master's programme, including advanced research subjects that have not be selected as a main option.
