Master's Degree in Agronomic Engineering

In order to be awarded the Master's Degree in Agronomic Engineering students must pass 90 credits.

The curriculum aligns with the structure set out in Ministerial Order CIN/325/2009 of 9th February that sets out the Requirements for Authenticating Official Degree Programmes that Qualify Graduates to Practise the Profession of Agronomic Engineering, as follows:

  • Technology and Planning for the Rural Environment module: 29 credits
  • Plant and Animal Production Technology module: 20 credits
  • Agri-food Industry Technology module: 10 credits
  • Agri-food Business Management and Organisation module: 10 credits
  • External Academic Placements module: 9 credits
  • Master's Thesis module: 12 credits.

The programme runs for two academic years. All mandatory subjects run in the first year, except Management and Administration of Agrarian Projects, which is included in the second year alongside External Academic Placements and Master's Thesis.
