Learning Goals
The Master's Degree in Digital Dentistry comprises comprehensive digital training in all dentistry specialties, and is geared towards training professionals in treating patients through technologies for dental diagnosis, planning and treatments.
- Training in digital dentistry, endodontics and digital restorative dentistry, prostheses, digital cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, oral and periodontal surgery with digital technology, and developing research and related teaching
- Enabling students to discover the foundations, techniques, instruments and advances in new technology used in their professional, teaching or research practice
- Enabling students to familiarise themselves with hugely influential cutting-edge professionals working with technology, through contemporary debates on digital dentistry
- Providing students with a solid understanding of how national and international digital dentistry technology industries are structured and operate, as well as seeing the level at our centre in using new dentistry treatments
- Training students to find, assess and interpret academic publications, and use this information to spot a gap in current research and develop theoretical frameworks and research designs for their own projects
- Training dentists to gear their activities towards safeguarding oral health in studying digital technology applied to different areas of dentistry skills.
Graduate Profile
Graduates from the Master's Degree in Digital Dentistry, professionals holding a degree in dentistry and/or stomatology, will be able to use digital technologies in dental treatment, teaching and research, and handle cutting-edge technology in the dental specialities of prosthetics, cosmetics, orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontics and endodontics.
