What is it?

Organizations are currently facing the significant challenge of staying competitive while having to deal with progressively increasing demands in an ever-changing social context. Under this framework, human resources serve as a pillar on which any public or private organization is founded.

“Human capital, human resources, etc.” are modern expressions that remind us that workers and their behaviours are the main competitive advantages that any business or institution has. From here comes the need to have up-to-date and constantly improving management of human resources.

What will you learn?

 The educational objective of this Master’s programme is to provide students with the knowledge and competencies necessary for them to work as professionals in human resources or organizational development, especially in the field of team training and management in both public and private organizations.

What will you be able to do once you finish?

This Master’s programme has a professional focus, and one of its main objectives is to prepare graduates to be able to work in human resource management departments, the training of trainers, and the management of education centres. In this way, that which is taught in this programme aims to provide students with an advanced education with an emphasis on the professional world.
