The admission criteria are, firstly, the bachelor degree profile and secondly, the average marks of the degree for accessing to the Master.

To apply for admission in the Master Degree in Information Technology, students must complete a pre-registration form and hand it personally or submit it electronically to the appropriate staff member at the postgraduate administrative services of the Polytechnic School. Students holding degrees from universities other than the UIB must include in their application-authenticated photocopies of the relevant documents concerning their degree as well as an academic certification from the University issuing that degree. If the number of interested students exceeds the numerus clausus, the Academic Committee shall establish a list of alternates, in order of merit, to cover the possibility of waiver in tuition fee by some of those selected in the first instance.

Admission of students in the second semester will be considered by the Academic Committee in each case and will proceed according to the regulations of the university. The decision on admission will be subjected to at least the following criteria:

  1. the study must have places available,
  2. is not possible to admit students in subjects that already have a current semester, unless an acknowledgment of previous studies compensates for this delay.
